How to Measure Your Foot

For the most accurate size selection, measure your foot length:

  1. Prepare: Wear the socks you plan to wear with your sneakers
  2. Position: Stand on a flat surface with your heel against a wall
  3. Mark: Place a ruler or measuring tape on the floor and mark the longest point of your foot (usually your big toe)
  4. Measure: Measure from the wall to the mark in centimeters
  5. Compare: Use the "Foot Length (cm)" column in the chart above to find your size
  6. Both feet: Measure both feet and use the larger measurement if they differ

Pro tip: Measure your feet in the evening when they're slightly larger from daily activity.

  • Nike or Adidas: Order your usual size, Methods fit similarly to most athletic sneakers
  • Dress shoes: You may need to size up, as dress shoes typically run smaller than sneakers
  • Other sock-fit sneakers: Order your usual size, the TENCEL upper provides comparable stretch
